Your discussion of that previous What If must have been in my mind when I was watching "Far from Home." Peter getting picked up by his chaufer with a fresh change of clothes solved his relatable problem of being lost in a strange city (heck, country!) to more quickly concentrate on his more special effects friendly problems.<br /><br />The Fantastic Four -- Stan, Jack, Flo, and... Roy? I know Kirby apologized for the "Houseroy" to Funky Flashman, but I don't know if he would have gone this far. Sol is a better idea. I did enjoy it, but really expected more silliness and absurdity. Ah well.<br /><br />Your discussion with Kris was actually far more interesting than the story. Which may be more of a mark of the book's promise. It fired the imaginations of the readers with "what about" questions galore.
